If you've never used Amazon before then this is one of the internet shopper's "must use" sites. Prices are extremely reasonable but better still is their level of customer service. Once you've placed an order you receive email confirmation. You then receive further confirmation as to when the items you have purchased have been dispatched and when you can expect them to be delivered. There are numerous delivery options at the point of purchase, including the choice of having items gift-wrapped and delivered to addresses other than your home where your credit/debit card is registered. Having them dispatch items to your place of work can be extremely handy if you're not home between 9am and 5pm. Furthermore if there are any problems, ie for example you do not recieve your order - a simple email to customer services will sort it out. I've used this company on many occasions and can't recommend them highly enough. If it's the first internet purchase you ever make - try Amazon!
